Assess
We chat about your business needs and order of priority. We seek to understand the ins and outs of your company, the experience, expertise, and skill set of your desired candidate, and learn more about your team and why this position is open.

Identify
We will identify and connect with a pool of prospective candidates from target companies and existing networks, based on the information obtained in our discovery call. We interview candidates to evaluate their professional qualifications and ensure that they seem like a cultural fit for your company.

Present
JMR will present candidates that we feel are a fit for your organization and role. You will receive a short video interview of the candidate as well as a summary of their background and qualifications.

Offer
We work with you to draft an offer that the candidate will find favorable and are happy to facilitate the offer, employment negotiations, and counsel the candidate through the resignation process.
